Fabric Care Instructions

95% Viscose from Bamboo | 5% Spandex

Machine or hand wash cold, gentle cycle with like colors and mild soap. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Low iron if desired. For best results, wash separately. 

We recommend washing your YALA with Tru Earth Eco-Strip Laundry Detergent

Note: Some eventual pilling is common with all untreated, natural fibers. To minimize pilling, wash all items inside out and reduce machine dry time. Or just hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softeners and dryer balls. Wash separate from heavier, rougher fabrics like denim.

For longer life: Wear more. Wash less.

"I love the bamboo pajama set. It’s cool and comfortable, and washes well. I do, however, have an issue with a returned item that I haven’t been credited for yet. I shipped it back on March 11, and you received it on March 16. It has been 9 days and my account hasn’t been credited yet. Please advise."

So comfortable!

"These loose and airy, natural fibre (bamboo/viscose) pyjamas are very comfortable! Sizing: I ordered one size up from my typical. (I’m a middle-aged woman with a little extra weight around the middle, weighing 165lbs, I’d usually wear a large, but ordered an extra-large based on other customers’ reviews (thanks!) and it fits perfect. The waistband doesn’t compress (not too tight when sitting or standing) and it stays put, never sliding down. The top is loose and open around and under the arms, so it’s very breathable, but not to the point of being too revealing. I also appreciate the higher boatneck type of collar, and the pants are a flattering straight, loose, « swing » fit. I tend to overheat quickly, but that barely ever happens when I’m wearing these. Plus, they are attractive (based on compliments from an honest partner and from a friend whom I travelled and shared a hotel room with). I’ve even taken to wearing the top (out of the house) as a t-shirt in hotter weather. If you happen a Canadian resident/customer, just be prepared for the possibility of an additional « import charge » (a preposterous tariff). This is not the same as a customs/duty charge, and it was unexpected and not insignificant. It’s not Yala’s fault, but I wish there had been a notice about this on the product description page or within the information about shipping to Canada. This would allow us to be aware of the total cost earlier I the process of deciding on the purchase. Hopefully that has changed but I haven’t yet found a Canada-based clothing provider that compares in terms of quality, comfort and aesthetic appeal."

"These are the most comfortable pajamas I have ever owned! The fabric is soft with just the right amount of stretch. Perfect fit- flattering and I don’t even notice I’m wearing them when I’m sleeping. I love the pink color. I am 5’6” 150 lbs and the medium fits just right. Definitely recommend."
