Apparel Returns
Returns, Exchanges, and Gift Returns are accepted within 15 days of your package's delivery date for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Full-price products are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items discounted 30% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit. “Final Sale” items are non-returnable.
Bedding Returns
Returns, Exchanges, and Gift Returns are accepted for bedding within 15 days of your package's delivery. Full-price, unopened bedding is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Full-price, opened bedding is eligible for exchange or store credit. Bedding discounted 30% or more is eligible for exchange or store credit. “Final Sale” bedding is non-returnable. Used and laundered bedding is non-returnable.
Each laundry detergent strip contains concentrated, hypoallergenic cleaning power that dissolves completely in hot or cold water. Simply drop a pre-measured Tru Earth Eco-strip in the washer while the water fills; easy-peasy! This product is not eligible for return or exchange.

Hi, we’re Rachel and Tif, YALA’s Co-Owners and besties. We started working at YALA more than 20 years ago, worked our way up, and took ownership in 2019. We’ve been here through a lot of changes, but one thing hasn’t changed: we’re still here, still dreaming up softer things, and still doing business with heart, intention, and a whole lot of care.
Growing with YALA from seed to successful business gave us the foundation and philosophy that we guide YALA with today. Our goal is transparency so that you know we are a brand you can trust.
