Orders placed before 12:00pm PST, please allow up to two days for your order to process and ship. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, please allow up to three days for your orders to process and ship.

STANDARD shipping - by 12pm Monday December 16th

EXPRESS shipping - by 12pm Friday December 19th

Our offices and warehouse will be closed Monday December 23rd through Friday December 27th

We will re-open and resume shipping on Monday December 30th

We know you can’t wait to receive your YALA goodies, so we ship everything as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Ashland, Oregon. The closer you are to us, the sooner your package may arrive!

DOMESTIC

Standard shipping is free for orders of $300 USD or more. For all shipping rates and options, see the FedEx shipping table below. For PO Boxes, we ship USPS and cannot guarantee delivery times.

Orders take up to 3 business days to process before shipment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Orders over $1000+ will require a delivery signature.

We do not expedite or rush shipments using Next-Day Air as part of our commitment to sustainable business practices.
