International Return Policy
We hope you enjoy everything you buy from YALA. If you need to make a return, YALA has an easy and convenient return system. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please repackage your return in its original condition, free of pet hair and odors such as perfume or smoke, in the original protective bag.
Returns must be sent to YALA's return facility within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Items discounted 30% or more are eligible for store credit and are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items are non-refundable. See the 'Sales and Discounts' section for further explanation.
Returns and Gift Returns are accepted within 30 days of the initial purchase date for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Full-price products are eligible for a refund or store credit. Items discounted 30% or more are eligible for store credit. “Final Sale” items are non-returnable.
Returns and Gift Returns are accepted for bedding within 30 days of the initial purchase. Full-price, unopened bedding is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Full-price, opened bedding is eligible for store credit. Bedding discounted 30% or more is eligible for store credit. “Final Sale” bedding is non-returnable. Used and laundered bedding is non-returnable.
Unfortunately, any items outside this policy are ineligible for return, and YALA reserves the right to refuse the return. Returns are processed within 10-15 business days of arrival at our return facility.
Returns are closely monitored to identify possible misuse or abuse of our policies. YALA reserves the right to limit, refuse, or adjust returns that do not meet the return policy terms.
International Return Instructions:
Customers are responsible for creating their return labels and covering the cost of all return shipping.
Repackage items in original packing if possible. Follow the instructions above regarding the condition and tags for returns. Thank you.
Please include the original packing slip in the package. If you no longer have this slip, you can also print your order from your order confirmation email and include. Or you can include a written sheet with your name, order number, and which item you are returning.

Please allow 10 - 15 business days for us to process your refund after it arrives at YALA’s return facility. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email from us. Please allow up to 3 weeks and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Original shipping costs (including duties & customs) are non-refundable. Once a refund is processed, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days of arrival at our return facility. Please allow up to 3 weeks and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.
Sales & Discounts
Please be aware that items purchased on sale at 30% off or more are only eligible for store credit. Final Sale items are non-returnable. This includes all items purchased on YALA's OUTLET Page.
International Gift Returns
Gift recipients can request store credit. Gifts are not eligible for refunds. Gift returns must be sent within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unwashed and unworn. Apparel must be free from pet hair and odors, with their original tags attached. Eligible Gift returns will receive store credit in the gift recipient's name.
Gifts purchased at a discount of 30% or more are eligible for store credit. Final Sale Items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
Third-Party YALA Purchases
YALA does not process returns purchased from retail partners who carry YALA products. If you bought your YALA product at a store or website other than yala.shop, please contact the retailer directly.
